The Denver Art Museum Residences

Project Description

The Museum Residences is a 55 unit modern luxury mid rise condominium developed by Corporex / Mile High Development and designed by Studio Daniel Libeskind / Davis Partnership.

The building consists of 126,000 sq. ft. of concrete and steel frame structure. The exterior is a combination of glass curtain wall and metal panels. DAE provided overall cost control, project management and owner representation services. The project was completed in January 2007 on time and on budget.
