Glass House Residences is a 397 unit modern high rise condominium development designed by The Preston Partnership and located in Denver, CO. The development team is a joint venture of Wood Partners and East West Development. The building consists of two twenty- three story towers sitting atop a 600 car parking structure. The structure is cast in place concrete and the exterior is glass wall and brick. DAE provided overall cost control, project management and owner representation services. The project broke ground in April 2005 and was completed earlier than scheduled and under budget in December 2006.
