Carillon DTC

Project Description

The Carillon DTC is a Class A Senior living and memory care development located in the Denver Tech Center. The building consists of 125 residential units and 14 Memory Care Units with common areas, and 33,000 sf of parking. The project started construction in July 2016 and is scheduled to complete in March 2018. The Carillon is designed by Parikh Stevens Architects and developed by MGL Partners. DAE is providing overall project Owner Representative Services for the project.
